Two Trade Fairs of Fresh Produce (fruits and vegetables) - Fruit Logistica and Freshconex were held in Berlin from February 8 – 10, 2012.

Fruit Logistica and Freshconex are the leading international events and places of fresh produce trade. During the Fair, more than 2 400 companies dealing with the complete production chain of fresh fruit and vegetables are present at one location – global key players and small and medium suppliers from all over the world.

During the Trade Fair, Fruit Logistica is providing:

• presence of top international exhibitors,
• platform for initiating the business offer,
• opportunities to establish business contacts all over the world,
• insight into the latest trends in the field of fresh produce.

The key objectives of the exhibitors are presentations of companies, building relations with consumers, development of new businesses and offering information to professionals from the field of fresh fruit and vegetables.

As these two Fairs taking place at the same time are very important, LEDIB Programme and Fruit & Berry Programme organized a visit of producers and representatives of production process to Berlin.

LEDIB Programme supported the visit of Agrozem, along with associations of fruit and vegetable producers- SPUNO Association members, Agrobatusinac Association from Batusinac, Association of Fruit Growers Matejevac, Association of Fruit Growers Razanj and Oblacinska Visnja Cooperative from Merosina.

Fruit & Berry Programme supported representatives of processing production form Nisava, Pcinja and Jablanica Districts – Cold Storages Strela and Fungojug from Leskovac, Frigo Nais from Kursumlija and Dadap from Nis.
