On August 12, 2010, People’s University Nis and Nis Region Start Up Clusters Union signed MoU on business and technical cooperation, the aims of which are specific trainings for Union members as well as joint implementation of trainings for third parties.

The need for signing such MoU originates from surveys of demands and needs Union and Start-Up Clusters members expressed for specific trainings meant for SME managers and entrepreneurs, as well as specific staff – very hard to find at free labour market.

This MoU also represents additional possibilities for Union and Start-Up Clusters to earn certain funds through provision of services to third parties. These funds will enable capacity strengthening of the members through trainings, increase of visibility, visits to fairs and access to info on potential markets.
