On February 27, 2009 beginning at 11am the meeting is scheduled among the representatives of Association of strawberry producers "Strawberry", High agricultural school in Prokuplje , Aleksinac Municipality and LEDIB Programme. The meeting will be held in the religious house of village Gredetin, situated in the area of Aleksinac Municipality. The main goal of the meeting is the presentation of the work of association and the production possibilities of the area, for the purpose of establishing a better public-private dialogue among the participants of the meeting.
From the aspect of the LEDIB programme, this meeting is the first activity of the LEDIB programme in the newly approved sector. The up-to-date activities of the programme were referred only to textile and construction sector, and starting from February 24, 2009, the programme enlarged the scope of activities into the agricultural sector. Besides the presentation of the on-going projects the Association "Strawberry" will present a plan of activities of Association in the forthcoming period. Participants of the meeting will have the opportunity to listen the lecture regarding the results of the implanted analysis regarding the quality of the strawberries from this region.
