LEDIB Programme is announcing a 3^rd Open Call for Development Project Proposals.

The goal of the 3^rd Open Call is to support local self-governments of Nisava District in their efforts to improve the rate of local economic development in their respective municipalities.

Eligible applicants for the 3^rd Open Call for Development Project Proposals are all municipalities of Nisava District, including the City of Nis and its five City Municipalities.

The deadline for submitting of proposals is February 24^th 2012.
